I began to suffer from anorexia in 2007
Now I eat better than before, but there were somedays I eat everything

I used to call me fat and everything all the time, but I do so with CarNT i.

I have contributed to these arrangements, and when I look in the mirror and pictures INTHE things that some bone before fat.

Ive, but began to eat less (I do not eat breakfast one day, lunch or dinner, had only one energy drink and 2 plates)

So this is normal in the recovery or grogress out of business?

  1. as a person who was currently in recovery, I say, it starts skipping meals can go back as the first signs of a relapse, so be careful! sting try to know a little more about what foods are easiest for you to eat without a guilty conscience, and the recognition of triggers. breakfast be sure and eat all the food groups and try to eat at least 2000 calories per day can (most people need 2000) just to maintain their weight. keep it up with positive thoughts. Some people find it helpful if a list of all the things they like to write about yourself (appearance and personality) and the tape in the mirror.     Tonnes of fruit and vegetables
    Sweets to eat and drink energy drinks make you gain weight
    Lollipop sub-region or a block of cheese and an energy drink with water or tea flavored
    Check the Nutrition Facts everything to be everything
    Let breakfast
    receive a Special K cereal as
    It tastes pretty good
    If you want to get the Activia yogurt

  3. Keep going chicka. Just think of it this way. A fat woman is more than 250 - that is bold. Everything below 200 is a great lady. You will probably never gone to 150, not to worry it. Make sure to remain faithful to this agreement.
