  2. There are several good herbs, "to calm" and "rest" of women during their reproductive cycle, including the emotional aspects of PMS. Raspberry leaf and black cohosh is the best I've used, although some others that can work so well are.

It may take more favorable to the knife, and (the rasp of black cohosh in a few laps to contribute to the stabilization of the cycle, mental, emotional and physical). If this appeals to you, you can try to reduce the use of herbs such as premenstrual syndrome.

The teas are an advantage, but uncomfortable in a schedule to keep up with them every day. The best way to begin is to buy for each of the 2-plant tincture form (liquid). Put a few drops under the tongue, as indicated on the bottle and take it for a few seconds. This brings the herbs directly into the bloodstream, rather than waiting to pass through the digestive tract, so that a rapid effect on the system.

Both herbs are mild and cause no side effects.

    Hope this helps.

    God Bless

  5. Everything that is you have to do, go do what you want:)

See "Feel good movie" and "Free Willy" or a comedy. I always smile.

Take a hot bath, listen to your fave.

Call a friend and talk or make plans to hang up.

Pet Search "cute" or something similar THT on youtube.com.

The times are, of course, and feel disgusting for them, always looking on the bright side of things:)

    Good luck!
