My car flunked an emissions test...help..? - car test error p0356
I have a 2001 Chevy Cavalier that did not consider the emissions. I've got a system error control code P0440 EVAP. Is this something that can replace or repair it yourself? Is it easy?
If not, is what a fair price for parts and labor from a mechanic?

I have until the end of July for repairs.
